What the work is, day to day

Businesses need social graphics, print items, charts, slide decks and reports in their own brand. AI lays out and produces the whole set from the client's logo, colours, templates and data. You check every item against the brand kit and the figures, write precise change requests the AI can act on, and confirm the files are ready.

    A reviewer confirms the item count and type match the plan and samples items against the brand and the data.

How a job is delivered

  1. Brand check, layouts and production

    AI

    AI checks the brand files, plans the layouts and produces every item in the client's own logo, colours and templates, with chart figures drawn from the client's data.

  2. Review every item

    You

    Check colours, fonts, logo space, spelling, figures, sizes and print margins on every item, and send precise change requests for anything wrong.

  3. Check the export files

    You

    Check the final files open, are named correctly, include the versions the client needs and that every stock licence is recorded.

  4. QA review

    Review

    A WorksAfrica reviewer checks the finished work against the brief and the checklist. They approve it or send it back with clear notes for you to fix.

How you get jobs

  1. When a client orders AI Graphics, the job opens on your Jobs board and we notify qualified members.
  2. You apply. The WorksAfrica team picks one applicant or assigns the job directly.
  3. Each job has a delivery window that starts when you're assigned. Finish every step on time: a missed deadline means the job is handed over and its pay is lost.

How and when you're paid

  • You earn your share of each order you deliver.
  • Your pay is confirmed when the client accepts the work, or automatically when the review window ends.
  • WorksAfrica pays on the 15th and 30th of each month, to your payout account.

Questions about this role

Do I need to be a designer?

No. The AI makes the graphics; you check them carefully against the client's brand and data. The track teaches you what to look for.

Do I design logos?

No. The service never creates a new logo or brand mark; it works only with the client's own brand.

Does it cost anything?

No. The Academy, its tracks and its badges are free, and WorksAfrica never asks you to pay to get work.

Do I need experience?

No paid experience is needed. The track teaches the skills, and the quizzes and reviews show when you're ready.

Where do I work from?

Online, from wherever you are, on a computer with a reliable internet connection.
